Second Life courses the series of Second Life courses are organized in two tracks.
Corporate executive track courses provide in-depth understanding of virtual worlds from an executive perspective as a tool for the creation of engaging training programs, the virtual worlds implementation strategies and problem areas.
Instructional Designer / Developer track courses provide hands-on training focused on day-to-day development and maintenance of Second Life projects.

Teamwork Simulation. This simulation measures how well a group of people will work together as a team. Along with it's direct importance as an assessment and training tool, Teamwork Tester serves as a great introduction to Second Life simulations. It eliminates learning curve as people of different age, background and computer experience come to realize that working in virtual worlds does not require any more skill then one would need working with spreadsheet or word processor.
The standard version of the simulation can be purchased at a fixed price of US$1,000.00 which includes:
- Teamwork Tester, installed on your Second Life island or in your private area of Education Island
- your private area on our servers (this is network separate from Second Life) and database where your data will be hosted
- password-protected web interface to review simulation usage and results
- 3 months of usage (after 3 months hosting fee is US$125.00/month)
- up to 5 hours of technical support per month (more technical support time is available)

Robotic Instructors - are avatars that are operated by a computer program. They are logged in Second Life on demand and provide a guided tour or lesson(s) for trainees. For example, Robotic Instructors may be used to demonstrate technical equipment operation, certain procedures, provide guided tour of a location, etc. During the session robotic instructors can ask trainee to repeat specific steps and provide trainee with a feedback.
Robotic Instructors are often used for new hire orientation and onboarding, but can be also used in any situation where you need a guide to accompany and demonstrate something to trainee or a visitor. This is the first simulation that is completely controlled through a graphic interface. Non-programmers, such as instructional designers or training specialists, are able to modify an existing simulation or even create a new one without a single line of code. Robotic Instructors are incredibly flexible and can be easily modified with changing business needs.
As with other AHG products, Robotic Instructors simulation links to a database or LMS located on enterprise network so all sensitive data are located behind corporate firewall.
Here we are offering a lite version of the simulation at a fixed price of US$3,000.00. Lite version includes:
- ability to use up to two robotic instructors simultaneously
- your private area on our servers / database where your data will be hosted (this is network separate from Second Life)
- password-protected web interface that will allow you to control robotic instructors' behavior, review reports on simulation usage
- your private area on Education Island where you can install the objects to be demonstrated and use robotic instructors (this is optional, if you have your island in Second Life you can use robotic instructors on your island)
- 3 months of usage (after 3 months, hosting fee is US$125.00/month)
- up to 10 hours of technical support per month (more technical support time is available)
You can use lite version of the simulation if you want to do most of the development in-house and would like to use our robotic avatar engine for the simulations that you are creating, or if you want to test out Second Life simulations capabilities prior to committing to a full-scale program. If at the end of the 3-month period you decide to proceed with the more involved project, the lite version fee will be counted towards the project cost.
